This course provides candidates with an opportunity to be tested on their Advanced First Aid (formerly OFA3) skills. This course is only recommended for participants currently working in the field and using their skills regularly. If you are not using your first aid skills frequently or working in the field we recommend taking the FULL 10 day Advanced First Aid course again.
Note that this course will only cover the written and practical exam over two days, not revision of course material.
You are required to read and review the manual prior to the course beginning.
Once you have registered for the course, you will receive a digital copy of the manual.
Course Prerequisites:
– Must hold a current valid Advanced First Aid or OFA Level 3 certificate
– Must have a current (taken within past 6 months) CPR-C or Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
(Note CPR-C or BLS will not be included in the Advanced First Aid challenge course).
Please send a copy of your current Advanced First Aid/OFA3 and CPR or BLS certificates for review via email to us with your booking
Participants must be present for the entire course and pass the exam in order to pass the course.
Certification: 3-year certification
PLEASE NOTE: BLS is NOT covered in this course. You will have to register for that separately
